TERMS & CONDITIONS When you reserve accommodation with Coed-y-Fron you are entering into a legal contract. In the event of cancellations, alterations, postponements or reduction in numbers within 4 weeks of your stay, payment is due in full for all of the period reserved. Although we will try our utmost to re-let the room and if successful we will refund your money the Guest will be responsible for any shortfall incurred by the Guest House should the rooms remain either unoccupied or relet for a shorter period.To prevent any loss due to cancellations we do stress the importance of taking out holiday insurance.See website link making a reservation you will be asked for your debit/credit card details. A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 1 nights stay per room is required to secure the reservation.Please note we have a 3% charge on final bill paid by credit card.
